1.Signal Acquisition: The load cell captures weight and converts it into an electrical signal.
2.Signal Processing: These electrical signals are transmitted to the weight display instrument. The amplifier and processing circuits inside the instrument amplify and filter the signal to ensure it is clear and accurate.
3.Data Conversion: The instrument's AD converter converts the analog signal into a digital signal, which is then processed and calculated by a microprocessor to determine the weight.
4.Display and Output: The final weight data is displayed on the instrument screen. Additionally, the instrument typically provides analog (e.g., 4-20mA) or digital (e.g., RS485/Modbus) output to transmit the data to a PLC, control system, or other equipment.
